What shirt brand do you print on?
All of our BeYOU Classic Shirts are printed on Next Level Youth Girls’ Princess T-shirts for our youth sizes and Next Level Ladies Boyfriend Tee for our adult sizes. All other shirts will have tshirt information in the description area if a different brand/ shirt type is used.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our shirts are screen printed made to last. If a different process is used, it will be stated in the description.
Will the designs fade?
Because we use bright colors, we use the screen printing process because of the longevity we can get out of the design using this process. All shirts come with a care card that she be used when laundering your shirt.
Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
- Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
- Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
- Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
- Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering. During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your state and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time – we will soon.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
If your tracking doesn't update after 5 business days, please contact customer support firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do NOT process size changes. Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at email@example.com further information. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items also include:
Downloadable software products / Digital Products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (for a defective item) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Dear Pretty Brown Girls, LLC, 444 E Township Line Road, #1545, Havertown PA 19083, United States.
If a customer's order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee for them to receive their item. If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org any questions regarding your order.
